Lv1.  不提供使用上的客服支持，紧处理账户以及账单问题；

Lv2. 可找客服询问教程和使用，客服教学仅限IOS/安卓/windows/MAC ；

Lv3. 支持远程服务，提供保姆级IOS/安卓/windows/MAC售后服务；

任何等级套餐的用户均不提供路由器插件的使用教学。请自行向路由器提供方请教
